From left to right is Marley's lamb, Jetson, Colby, and then Raden. Jetson and Colby were half brothers that were raised together. It wasn't until the twins would lie down that Jetson would join them.  Colby would never lie down with Jetson, it was always Colby and Raden joined by Jetson.

On the left is Lyndsey's lamb, Colby, and on the right is his twin brother Raden, which is Julie's lamb.  The twins were apart from May to August.  Even though there were 3 other lambs each lamb could lay with, they preferred to lay next to each other.

Lamb Behavior

It has been proven through recent scientific studies that sheep are able to visually recognize one another.  During the summer of 2001, Lambinators 4-H Club members were able to view this type of behavior for themselves.
